My name is Devon McNeill, 

I decided to start Meet Cute Event Planning because I truly love people and beautiful things; events are the perfect marriage of the two! ​I am a wedding lover, people investor, and I enjoy creating one of a kind events to celebrate life's big moments. 

I pull inspiration from the many weddings and corporate events I am able to see and play a small part in each week at The Cordelle; a Nashville event space where I am a sales and site manager. Each week I work alongside The Cordelle and other venues in town so I am afforded an abundance of up to date work experience with local vendors (Caterer, Florist, Furniture Rental Companies, Lighting, Bands, and DJ's). As Nashville grows so does the need to know who you can trust with your special events and who is capable of the execution. I specialize in helping people with little to no experience navigate through the do's and don'ts of party planning but I also welcome partnerships of other industry professionals. 

I was brought to Nashville to attend Belmont University where I graduated with my BBA in Business Management and Studio Production. Upon graduation I was able to work within my chosen field with artists such as Dolly Parton and Eric Church. With my music industry and production background I felt confident in planning large scale events as well as the more intimate gatherings. I pride myself in being detail oriented and logistically minded all the while knowing the importance of not letting any circumstance derail the experience. The show must go on!
