 Even our “Day of” services start a month in advance because we feel that is what it takes to be fully prepared and make sure there isn’t anything that falls through the cracks! In selecting what amount of help fits your needs best you need to ask yourself a few questions when it comes to Month of Coordination. 



Am I organized?


Am I good at making a cohesive design plan?


Do I feel confident in budget allocation and making vendor selections on my own?


Do I feel confident in making the layout and rental order on my own? 


Am I ok with not having anything checked and finalized for my wedding until a few weeks before our big day?

Here are the services you will receive with our Month of Coordination package:

  • One prep meeting a month prier to the event day to transfer over all planned information and tie up all and loose ends. To do this I send you a questionnaire that will help guide me and make sure we have everything covered and correct. The questionnaire acts as a safety net that will be sure to catch anything you may be unsure about or forgotten.  
  • Contacting all vendors to confirm details already decided between you and them such as load in and out times, parking details, and any other reminders necessary
  • Communicate final layout and timeline to every vendor and be available to answer any questions they may have within the final month so you won't be bothered with vendor communication leading up to your big day
  • Making a detailed schedule of the day including four detailed timelines: Master timeline, Vendors, Bridesmaids, and Groomsmen so everyone will know where they should be and what to expect. All timelines have my name and cell number at the top so all of your bridal party and vendors will have my contact information on hand. 
  • Running your rehearsal and making sure everyone is confident in all ceremony details 
  • Present the full wedding day 
  • Counting in all rentals to be sure we have received everything you paid for
  • Placing all personal decor (excluding floral)
  • Keeping everyone on schedule and accounting for all moving parts
  • Organizing load out of personal items, gifts, and decor 
  • Facilitating the send off and transportation itinerary 


*You may add one, one hour consultation meeting at any time

throughout the process for an additional fee if you decide

you need any help before the month.
